Error!!!

I understand the fact that you are vexed by now. You would have gone through lot of troubles by changing your dates in your phone to install few apps in your nokia phone. Few would have helped and many not.

But before that here are few Insights about this problem.

Here the term Certificate is a real certificate that means The app ur trying to install comes from a certified vendor/supplier.

These certificates are integrated with the installation files of your applications. That is the certificates are combined with the .sis/.sisx files you try to install on your phone.

Most of the third party applications lack this certificate.

This doesn't mean it cannot be trusted. "Trust" here is a relative term. It depends on where you got your application from.

If you develop an application it is necessary you be certified. But most of us are not.

We find 3rd party apps more interesting and appealing than the original paid ones at OVI store.

I'm not going into the technical details about those certificates.

So all we need now is a certificate and a software that combine both of em for you to install on your phone!!!

Lets do it!!!!

Step 1

You'll need the following two links below.

Go HERE and follow the steps via the images. [click on HERE]

on the top right corner there is a link to register yourself. Just register first.

Once u've confirmed all your stuff, try logging in with your credentials and you will get a screen where you input you IMEI number. [This is perfectly safe]

Enter your IMEI number in the highlighted area and then submit it.

tadaaaa!!!! You've submitted your application for the certificate.

Check your account for every 12 hrs to find your certificate and download it.

Once your certificate is ready You can click on the cer link provided against your IMEI number to download it and you will have a .cer file with u.

It is necessary that you download the key file too from here.

as mentioned earlier it takes a minimum of 12 hrs to produce a certificate for your IMEI number.

Step 2

Download the Signing software Application through the link provided below

CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD the signing application

once you've downloaded its easy. Just install the application and execute it.

Enter your IMEI number.

in the DevCert field choose the .cer file you just downloaded.

in the KeyFile use the key u downloaded for that website.

Leave the rest unaltered

in the Input sis.(x) file choose your file that shows error

choose an output destination

Hit the SignSIS! button and you're ready to install the app onto your phone.

and this works like a charm.
